Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-28
TryPrimero is owned and operated by IT Nest Limited, Office 3906, 39/F, The Center, 99 Queen’s Road Central, Central, Hong Kong (business registration number 77297048). These terms apply when you use tryprimero.com, the TryPrimero iOS app or the TryPrimero Telegram bot. Using any of them means you accept these terms.
1. What the service does
TryPrimero generates an edited image from photos you provide: an outfit, a hairstyle, a hair colour, a makeup look or a nail design applied to your photo, using an AI image model. One generated image is one try-on.
Results are generated, not photographed. They approximate how something might look on you; they are not a promise of how a real haircut, dye job or garment will turn out.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 13 years old, and at least 16 where your country sets that as the age of digital consent. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
3. Your account and balance
Signing in on the website, in the app or in the bot creates or opens one account. The try-on balance on that account is shared: buy on the site and the try-ons are available in the app, and the other way round.
Keep your sign-in method secure. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
Without signing in you get one free try-on per device. That limit is enforced server-side; working around it — clearing storage, cycling addresses, scripting the endpoint — is a breach of these terms.
4. Photos you upload
You may upload a photo only if you have the right to. In practice that means:
- a photo of yourself, or
- a photo of someone who has agreed to you using it this way, or
- a photo you otherwise hold the necessary rights to (for example a product photo you own).
Do not upload: photos of children; photos of anyone who has not agreed; nudity or sexual content; photos intended to harass, defame or impersonate; or anything illegal where you are.
Uploads are automatically screened and a photo that fails the check is refused before it reaches the image model. That screening is a safeguard, not a licence — the responsibility for what you upload stays yours.
5. Ownership
You keep every right you already had in the photos you upload. You grant us only the licence we need to run the service: to store, transmit and process your photo in order to generate your result, and to store the result so you can see it in your history. Nothing more — we do not use your photos to train models, advertise, or anything else.
The result is yours to use, including commercially, as far as the rights in the underlying photo allow.
The TryPrimero name, the site, the app and the software behind them remain ours.
6. Try-on packs and payment
On the website, try-ons are sold as one-time packs through Stripe. The price and currency are shown before you confirm. There is no subscription on the website and nothing to cancel.
Try-ons from a pack do not expire. They are credited to your account once the payment is confirmed, and they are not exchangeable for money.
A generation that fails is not charged. If your balance is reduced for a result you never received, write to us and we will restore it.
Beyond that, purchases are final except where the law where you live gives you a refund right — those rights are not affected by this clause. Purchases made in the iOS app are subject to Apple’s terms and refund process; purchases in the Telegram bot are subject to Telegram’s.
7. Fair use and limits
The service applies rate limits to protect availability and to stop automated abuse. Do not attempt to circumvent them, reverse-engineer the API, resell access, or run automated clients against the service without our written agreement.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. If the breach is not deliberate we will normally warn you first.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features can change, and a tool can be withdrawn. If we withdraw the service entirely, any unused paid try-ons will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, TryPrimero is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make on the basis of a generated image — including a haircut or a purchase you go on to make.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
10. Ending it
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to [email protected]. Deletion removes your account, balance and history — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what goes.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version, and we will say so on the site when a change materially affects you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
